Toooo smokie, seems old and a little run down, spent most of my evening at the registration desk , or in line at the registration desk trying to get hotel keys to work. It was almost 2 hours before we had keys that worked and we could finally relax.
The service was awful and the rooms was dirty
Everything was great ... the fast service..the staff was really nice.. The beds were awesome I have even check into buying one.. The rooms and floors were clean... I loved it .. we are coming back ...
The only one thing was the shower head
Location and price are excellent when traveling Interstate 15. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee shop has a good selection. Would definitely stay again.
Location and price
Shower was in poor condition. Whole room was low budget.
Every time I stay there I am pleased with everything and everyone. Buffalo Bill's is my go to hotel for my pre-vegas needs. Plus the roller coaster rocks.
My husband and I are a married couple in our mid 30's with 3 kids- ages 13, 8 and 3. Vegas is a bit too crazy for us and decided to try Buffalo Bill's (recommended by my parents). We were nervous about the the weekend trip- not knowing what to expect, but I am happy to say that we ALL had an amazing time!! The places has something for everyone. My children loved the rides and arcades and my husband and I were able to enjoy the bar and slots! I also loved that it has a Denny's and Tony Roma's along with other restaurants and food spot. The mall is just across the street too!
Two things. First when I checked in and asked more than few questions being that it was my first time there and had arrived before my parents and other family members that occasionally go. I felt that the person helping me was annoyed and was giving me dry/short answers. I felt uncomfortable and although I was still clueless I dropped it and when about and figured things out on my own. I feel that everyone at check in should always be greeted in a good mood and it's the clerks job to make the person feel welcomed. I went to a concert in the hotel and at the end of the concert there were tickets being sold for a picture with the artist. My sister in law purchased one. After being in line for 30 minutes I asked a staff member how lond did she think the line would be. She said about 1 hour. I asked if there was any possible way to get a refund and she said yes and that she also thought that would be best and gave instructions to return to the table outside the auditorium where the ticket was purchased and ask for a refund. So we did and the person selling the tickets told us she could not give us a refund. After trying to explain and a back and forth with the person and not getting the refund we walk back to the auditorium. At the door were three ladies and one approched us and told us we could absouletly not go in, even if we had our ticket. I was baffled. I asked her why and she said they were not allowing anyone else in. I tried to explain what happened and when I mentioned that a staff member told us we could get a refund she doubted me and yelled at me and asking me to leave. My husband was watching the whole thing from outside and when he heared her yell at me he approched her and asked for a supervisor. She pointed to the women next to here and when he tried to explain to her the situation we were kicked out again and after asking for her name about 6 times she gave us her first name and refused to give her last name.
We had pre-registered for our rooms but spent over 30 minutes trying to check in---weekday!!! The McDonalds in Buffalo Bill's had 2 people working and we spent another 30 minutes waiting for food. Terrible customer service! We won't be coming back
The front desk supervisor and staff were outstanding. We had a problem with our booking company online and they and the staff of Buffalo Bill's resolve our issue without any hestitation. Thanks so much!
Room needed a renovation, as some of the fixtures were loose and needed to be replaced.
The staff at the front desk is slow and when they do help you it is done with an attitude . The ice machines don't work half the time . The elevator lobbies are always dirty .
Location...proximity to work (construction project at the state line).
Cleaning staff is very loud during the daytime, mostly loud talking to each other, and will enter the room to clean even if the "Do Not Disturb" sign is put out. Almost will not take "No" for an answer if you don't want to have the room cleaned. Also, the TV is barely watchable with very weak reception.
I liked that they had a good band that was playing in the bar.
I didnt like the buffet that was served at the Buffalo Bills. The food tasted like it was stale and wasn't fresh. It was a big disappointment.
TV didn't work, light fixtures, bathroom, and other items were in need of repair. Room 308B. It's time to have rooms repaired or remodeled. The buffet is the worst I have seen in Vegas, we took a look at it and walked out. My son and I are not picky eaters, we were in Vegas to race dirt bikes. Can someone in charge actually walk around and do an assessment from the viewpoint of the customer? The older lady that worked in the General Store the evening of 11/10 was very friendly, sweet lady. She Helped my son with toothbrush, sunscreen and snacks. We talked about the new 3 lifeguard rules.
Our first room was pretty shot out. The window was broken, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy, the sink would not drain, just a very noisy night. I requsted to switch rooms and it was better, had to have the a/c fixed though(427b). I would suggest maybe updating the rooms though.
$2 craps / value/ family friendly pet also
the tv in the room too limited & poor quality tv / icemaker on my floor was not working/ please bring back the coffee makers
